They make for great community gathering spots for a quick game of catch, wrestling matches, big-wheel races, and other general outdoor shenanigans. McNaughton Pool, adjacent to Negley Elementary School, is host to the Hill Country Tri-Club as well as a competitive swim team. There is a changing room, shaded baby pool, and children's depth play area. Next to the pool, you'll find basketball courts and a covered picnic area. Fergus Pool, adjacent to the Haupt Community Center, is a resort-style pool with zero-entry beach, shaded island, and larger than life splash toys.
